CONSIGNMENT

위탁은 사전 접수가 필요합니다. 위 링크(버튼)로 ❶상품 목록(필수)과 ❷사진(필수), ❸희망 가격(선택)을 fwd 인스타그램 DM으로 보내 주세요. 상품을 보내주시면 판매 가능 여부를 결정하고 가격을 책정해 알려드립니다.

*위탁 의뢰 후 가격 책정에는 영업일 기준 최대 3일이 소요되며, 현장 접수 시에도 동일하게 적용됩니다. 검토 후 위탁 가능 여부를 안내해 드립니다.

위탁 합의가 이뤄지면 상품을  ❶방문 접수 혹은 ❷택배 접수 해 주세요. 접수 시 발생한 택배 비용은 위탁자 부담입니다. 

판매를 시작한 날부터 최장 90일간 판매합니다. fwd 온라인 스토어를 포함한 여러 판매 플랫폼에서 함께 판매할 수 있습니다. 기간이 끝나면 판매를 종료하고 미판매품의 반환을 안내합니다.

최초 판매가를 기준으로 31일째 10%, 61일째 20%, 75일째 30% 할인합니다. 책정가 기준 5만 원 미만으로는 할인하지 않습니다. 접수할 때 할인 일정과 예정 할인가를 다시 안내해 드립니다.

상품 판매금액의 60%를 현금으로 받거나, 70%를 포인트로 받을 수 있습니다. 판매수수료는 현금 정산 시 40%, 포인트 정산 시 30%이며, 부가세·카드 결제 수수료·기본 케어 비용이 포함됩니다. 판매가 완료된 달의 다음 달 첫 영업일에 정산합니다.

두 오프라인 매장과 온라인 스토어의 fwd 자체 상품에 사용할 수 있습니다. 다른 위탁상품에는 사용할 수 없으며, 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다.

상품의 앞·뒤, 라벨, 손상 부위가 있다면 해당 부분의 사진도 함께 보내 주세요. 판매가에 합의한 상품은 택배로 보내실 수 있으며, 미판매품도 택배로 받으실 수 있습니다. 이때 발송·반송 택배비는 위탁자 부담입니다.

Advance application is required. Using the link above, send a list of your items (required), photos (required) and asking prices (optional) to fwd by Instagram DM. Pricing takes up to three business days after a consignment request, including in-person submissions. We’ll review them and let you know whether we can accept them. We may decline items based on their type, price range or our current stock. fwd sets and proposes the final selling price. Once you agree to that price, we proceed with intake and prepare the item for sale.

Once we agree on consignment, please bring your items in person or send them by post. You cover inbound shipping.

Items are offered for sale for up to 90 days from the day they go on sale. They may be listed on multiple sales platforms, including fwd’s own online store. At the end of the period, we stop selling unsold items and contact you to arrange their return.

Prices are reduced by 10% from day 31, 20% from day 61 and 30% from day 75, all based on the initial selling price. Markdowns will not reduce the price below KRW 50,000. We explain the schedule and discounted prices again during intake.

Choose 60% of the item’s selling price in cash or 70% in store credit. Our commission is 40% for cash payouts or 30% for store credit, including VAT, card processing fees and basic item care. Payouts are issued on the first business day of the month following the completed sale.

Store credit can be used on fwd-owned merchandise at our two physical stores and online. It cannot be used on other consigned items or exchanged for cash.

Please include photos of the front, back, labels and any flaws. Once the selling price is agreed, you may ship your items to us and receive unsold items back by post. You cover both inbound and return shipping costs.
